How to delete your account

To delete your Warp VPN account and all associated data, send a request to support by email:

  1. Send an email to warpvpn.space@gmail.com.
  2. In the subject line, enter: "Account Deletion Request".
  3. In the email body, include your account public key — this is the identifier derived from your seed phrase. You can find it in the app: launch Warp VPN, open "Settings" — the public key is displayed alongside the seed phrase. Copy the string in the format pub:xxxxxxxx… and paste it into the email.
  4. We will confirm receipt of your request within 72 hours and delete all account data within 24 hours after confirmation.

Important: never share your seed phrase via email or messaging. The derived public key is sufficient to identify your account — the seed phrase remains only with you.

What data will be deleted

When deleting your account, all associated data is permanently removed:

  • Account public key (identifier)
  • List of connected devices and their identifiers
  • Connection history for billing purposes
  • Account balance (funds with a positive balance are non-refundable)
  • All settings, including the list of selected services and routing rules

Deletion timelines

  • Deletion by email request: up to 72 hours for confirmation + up to 24 hours for data deletion.
  • Automatic deletion: with a zero balance and no activity for 90 days, the account is automatically deleted without any user action required.

What is NOT stored even after deletion

policy means the Service does not store or log in the first place: No Logs policy means the Service does not store or log in the first place:

  • History of visited websites and domain names
  • Traffic content
  • User IP addresses
  • DNS queries

This data does not exist on the Service's servers in the first place — there is nothing to delete.
