Privacy Policy

1. Introduction and General Provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") describes the principles of data processing when using the Warp VPN service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

No Logs Policy. The main priority of the Service is maximum privacy and anonymity of users. We adhere to a strict "No Logs" policy (no activity logging).

1.3. Use of the Service implies full agreement with the terms of this Policy.

2. What data we collect (and what we DO NOT collect)

2.1. Authentication data

The Service uses a unique authentication system based on a seed phrase:

• Seed phrase: generated and used exclusively to create a cryptographic access key. The Service does not store your seed phrase.
• Derived public key: used to identify your account and bind devices (up to 10 devices).

⚠ IMPORTANT: Access recovery is only possible if you have your seed phrase. The Service cannot recover a lost phrase.

2.2. Technical data

• Number of connected devices— available through the dashboard at warpvpn.space for management and compliance with the limit of 10 devices per account.
• Account balance— available through the dashboard at warpvpn.space for deducting VPN usage fees.
• Technical connection metadata— monitoring of the connection fact (exclusively for billing purposes).

2.3. What we DO NOT collect and DO NOT store

The Service categorically DOES NOT collect, store, or log:

• History of visited websites and domain names
• Content of transmitted traffic (all traffic is encrypted)
• User IP addresses
• Activity timestamps on specific resources
• Any data that can identify your online activity

DNS queries. For split-tunnel routing to work correctly, the application processes DNS queries locally on the user's device — this is necessary to determine which connections to route through the VPN and which to leave direct. DNS queries are not sent to the Service's servers, are not stored in the Service's database, and are not linked to the account. The "Traffic Diagnostics" feature shows the user the DNS activity of their own selected application locally on the device and only upon the user's explicit request; this data does not leave the device.

2.4. Analytics

The Service does not use analytics systems, user behavior tracking, or third-party trackers.

3. Payments and Transactions

3.1. 3.1. The Service operates on a daily billing model (payment only for actual usage) with no subscriptions.

3.2. Balance top-ups are made through integrated payment systems:

• Cryptocurrencies (preferred method for maintaining anonymity)
• Bank cards (processed through third-party payment gateways)
• Other available methods

3.3. The Service does not process or store complete payment data (card numbers, CVV codes). Payment processing is handled by payment providers.

3.4. The Service only receives transaction confirmation for crediting funds to the account balance.

4. Data Storage and Infrastructure

4.1. Data minimization:

• Data is stored in encrypted form.
• Servers are located in jurisdictions that provide maximum privacy protection.

4.2. Retention policy:

• With a zero balance and no activity for 90 days, the account is automatically deleted.
• Connection logs are not created or stored at all.

4.3. Account deletion:

• The user can delete their account at any time.
• Upon deletion, all related data (device list, balance, metadata) is removed within 24 hours.
• Funds with a positive balance are non-refundable after account deletion.

5. Data transfer to third parties

5.1. The Service does not sell, transfer, or disclose user data to third parties.

5.2. Transfer of minimally necessary data is possible only:

• To payment providers for transaction processing.
• Upon a justified court order from a competent authority (however, due to the No Logs policy, we have no data on user activity).

5.3. The Service undertakes to inform users about any data requests, unless this contradicts applicable legislation.

6. Data Security

6.1. The Service applies modern cryptographic protection methods:

• Encryption of all connections (WireGuard, other protocols).

6.2. Responsibility for the safety of the seed phrase lies solely with the user. Do not share your seed phrase with third parties.

7. User Rights

7.1. The user has the right to:

• Receive information about data stored about them (within the available data).
• Delete their account at any time.
• Export the seed phrase for backup purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. The Service is provided on an "as is" (AS IS) basis.

8.2. The Service is not responsible for:

• Users' actions on the Internet.
• Inability to use the Service due to technical issues on the user's provider side.

8.3. The user undertakes to use the Service in accordance with applicable legislation.

9. Minors

9.1. The Service is intended for persons over 18 years of age or who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

9.2. The Service does not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to the Policy

10.1. The Service reserves the right to make changes to this Policy.

10.2. The current version of the Policy is always available at: warpvpn.space/privacy.

10.3. Continued use of the Service after the Policy is updated constitutes agreement with the new terms.

11. Privacy by Design and Privacy by Default

11.1. Privacy by Design :

• Data minimization at the system design stage.
• Encryption of all connections (WireGuard, other protocols).
• Encryption by default.
• No unnecessary data collection points.

11.2. Privacy by Default :

• Maximum privacy settings are enabled automatically.
• The user does not need to activate protection manually.
• No Logs works by default without additional actions.

12. Data Retention — data storage periods

After the specified periods, data is permanently deleted.
